What are your opening hours?
We're open Tuesday to Friday 09:30–18:00, Wednesday evenings 18:00–20:00 (by appointment only), and Saturday 09:00–16:30. We are closed on Monday and Sunday.
Where can I park?
Parking can be limited at busy times, but Wednesdays and Saturdays after 1 PM often offer better availability, as does after 4:30 PM on Tuesday to Friday. There is also paid parking available at the King's Head pub nearby.
How do I book an appointment?
The easiest way to book is via our Booksy page — available 24/7, you can see our availability and book instantly. You can also call us on 01293 241290 during opening hours, or send us a message via the contact form on this website.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes! We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience. Cash is also welcome.
Is the salon family friendly?
Absolutely. We love welcoming clients of all ages — from little ones getting their first trim (girls under 12 and boys under 10 have their own pricing) to our valued OAP clients. We always aim to make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable.
Is the salon accessible?
Yes, HT Hair Studio has accessible premises. If you have any specific requirements, please don't hesitate to call ahead and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need a consultation before colour?
For complex colour services such as colour corrections, balayage, or significant colour changes, we strongly recommend a consultation first so we can assess your hair and discuss the best approach. You can book a consultation via Booksy or by calling us.
What hair extension methods do you offer?
We offer a wide range of extension methods including nano bonds, micro rings, keratin tips, tape extensions, and weft extensions. Pricing is for fitting only — please enquire about the cost of hair if needed. We recommend a consultation to discuss the best method for your hair type.
What is the Blowdry Subscription?
Our monthly blowdry subscription lets you enjoy 2 or 4 blowdries per month at a discounted rate, with member perks including priority booking, 10% off extra blowdries, upgrade options and a special birthday treat. See our Subscriptions page for full details.
Do you offer bridal and occasion styling?
Yes! We offer bridal hair from £55 and party hair styling including curling and simple braids from £50. We recommend booking bridal appointments well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
You can manage your bookings directly through Booksy, or call us on 01293 241290. We ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to other clients.
Do you do evening appointments?
Yes — we offer Wednesday evening appointments from 18:00 to 20:00 by appointment only. These are perfect for those who can't make it during the day. Book via Booksy or call ahead to check availability.
